Call for Nominations for the 2024-2025 Arizona Chapter Board    

 

The HIMSS AZ Chapter has begun accepting nominations for prospective candidates to serve on the 2024-2025 Board of Directors for the following positions; click on the position for more information on responsibilities and requirements.  

  • President Elect

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

Here are the Board of Director Role Descriptions

All candidates must be an active member of HIMSS with at least one year of successful committee participation to be eligible to serve.  If you are interested in running for one of the open positions, please submit:

  • One (1) paragraph Candidate biography

  • One (1) paragraph detailing why you believe you are a good candidate to hold this position and the skills you bring to the board

  • Current contact information

  • Photo to be included on the ballot  

If you would like to be considered for one of the elected board positions of the HIMSS AZ Chapter, please email  the above information to Kevin Rhode (kevin.rhode.azhimss@gmail.com), by May 10, 2024.  

All applications will be reviewed by the current board, who will validate candidate qualifications for the chapter role and include them on the official ballot.  

All members of HIMSS AZ Chapter in good standing are eligible to vote for the 2024-2025 Board of Directors. The election will be conducted electronically using a third party; voting is open from May 13, 2024 through June 2, 2024.
